Traditions offers southern-inspired and locally-acquired cuisine.

Chef Justin Addison celebrates our nation’s early history by providing a garden-to-guest menu. We supply our restaurant with fresh, seasonal ingredients—many of which are harvested from the 90 acres of gardens in the Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area. Wines from Virginia and across the country complement the menu while tantalizing desserts complete the Traditions experience.

Everyone likes to take home a little souvenir from a weekend away. What better take-home from your culinary weekend than a few bottles of the exceptional wines you have tasted? Limited supplies of many of the festival's showcase wines will be available for purchase at this end-of-the-weekend sale. Weekend hotel guests can also purchase wines to take home.
