Colonial Williamsburg’s executive chefs have partnered with our historic gardeners to offer a unique look at the culinary story of America’s first foodies. Discover the bounty of the kitchen gardens located throughout the Revolutionary City.

Colonial Williamsburg’s chefs and chef apprentices participate in the “From Our Garden to Your Table” program. They plant and care for kitchen gardens in the Revolutionary City—and prepare the harvested produce for guests of the restaurants at the Williamsburg Inn and Williamsburg Lodge. Meet one of our talented chefs, including Colonial Williamsburg Company’s Executive Chef Rhys H. Lewis, Williamsburg Inn Executive Chef Travis Brust, Williamsburg Lodge Executive Chef Anthony Frank, Pastry Chef Rodney Diehl, and Traditions Chef Justin Addison.
