Colonial Williamsburg’s chefs and chef apprentices participate in the “From Our Garden to Your Table” program. They plant and care for kitchen gardens in the Revolutionary City—and prepare the harvested produce for guests of the restaurants at the Williamsburg Inn and Williamsburg Lodge.
