Golden Horseshoe Junior Golf Program Clinic
Girls and boys, ages 6-16, can receive golf instruction from two of the Golden Horseshoe's professionals. During the one-hour sessions, Head PGA Golf Professional Jeff Winters and Associate PGA Professional Greg Lynch will cover the rules and etiquette of golf, fundamentals of the golf swing, use of short and long irons and woods, and short game topics of pitching, chipping, and putting. All sessions take place at the Golden Horseshoe Green Course's driving range and putting green. Sessions are offered on Mondays, June 17-July 29. Youth ages 6-10 meet from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., and ages 11-16 meet from 5 to 6 p.m. The cost of $105 per junior includes instruction and a pizza party and awards ceremony on the last day.
