About Michelle
Michelle Erickson is a graduate of The College of William and Mary with a BFA in fine arts. She has worked with Colonial Williamsburg for 30 years studying and re-creating ceramic pieces from Colonial Williamsburg’s extraordinary collection of 17th- and 18th-century British and American pottery.

We have got a special treat in store for you! Michelle Erickson’s pottery will be on display from August 28 until October 17 at our Museum Store. And, on Saturday, September 24, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., you’re invited to meet Michelle, see her reproduction works, and learn about the 18th-century process she uses to create these amazing works of art. Most recently, she has reproduced works found at the 18th-century R. Charlton’s Coffeehouse site, during the reconstruction of the coffeehouse.
