The Williamsburg Lodge is known for its world-class conference center, which comfortably accommodates more than 1,400 guests. The conference center offers 45,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and 28 versatile function rooms. Its state-of-the-art facilities include the latest multimedia capabilities. The 11,000-square-foot Virginia Room is complemented by the nearly 7,000-square-foot Colony Room and four outdoor entertainment venues. And it’s all surrounded by a setting inspired by collections of the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum.

The Williamsburg Lodge is adjacent to Colonial Williamsburg’s Historic Area, directly south of the Magazine.
Combined with Providence Hall, the Inn offers 9,000 square feet of event space. Not only will you find elegance and rich history, but you’ll get all the latest technological resources such as WiFi and advanced audiovisual equipment.

The Williamsburg Inn is adjacent to Colonial Williamsburg’s Historic Area, southeast of the Magazine.
The historic five-bedroom Providence Hall, combined with the 43 sleeping rooms in the adjacent Providence Hall Guesthouses, provides a wonderful atmosphere for a smaller, more intimate meeting or retreat. Guests of this facility enjoy the services of the adjacent Williamsburg Inn (room service, housekeeping, check-in) and have the privacy of relaxing in their private "club room" with complimentary light snacks throughout the day. The house provides a wonderful hospitality area, flowing through the main level—from the library, to the garden room, and out onto the brick patio adjacent to the Carriage House (two of the five bedrooms). It’s a wonderfully relaxing environment in which to unwind after a long day of meetings.

The Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites offers 12,812 spectacular square feet of meeting space available for up to 300 people. The Williamsburg Woodlands features a large outdoor terrace overlooking a stream and a waterfall. Splashing down just outside the conference center, it transforms those five-minute breaks into five blissful minutes of pure relaxation. Not to mention the serene view it offers each and every event.
