As a resident of the City of Williamsburg, James City County, or the Bruton District of York County, you’re eligible for a Colonial Williamsburg Good Neighbor Annual Pass.

Who is Eligible for a Good Neighbor Pass?
Area Residents
Bring your valid Virginia driver’s license and a current month’s utility bill as proof of local residence.

Military
If your driver’s license is from the state of your home of record, bring your military ID and a current month’s utility bill as proof of local residence.
Employees of Eligible Jurisdictions
As an employee of Williamsburg, James City County, or the Bruton District of York County you can receive a FREE Good Neighbor annual Pass. This does not apply to family members. Must provide a current county/city employee ID along with a valid Virginia driver's license.
Teachers
All teachers who teach in the local school system (see list below), receive a FREE Good Neighbor annual pass. This does not apply to family members. Bring in your valid school ID along with a valid Virginia driver's license.

Become a Good Neighbor
Good Neighbor annual passes can be purchased and renewed online, at the Colonial Williamsburg Regional Visitor Center, or at the Lumber House Ticket Office (open seasonally) on Duke of Gloucester Street. Each member of the family, from the age of 6 and up, must be present to receive a Good Neighbor annual pass.

You can become a Good Neighbor by purchasing your pass* online.
Check your zip code
- Enter your zip code in the box to the right. You must live in an eligible zip code to become a Good Neighbor.
- In your shopping cart, select the number of adults’ and children’s passes and complete checkout.
- Print the voucher for your Good Neighbor passes.
- Bring the voucher to the Colonial Williamsburg Regional Visitor Center on your next visit. You will have your picture taken and receive your new Good Neighbor passes.

*Vouchers are nontransferable, are only valid during regularly scheduled operating hours, and exclude activities/events priced separately. No additional discounts apply. Proof of Williamsburg residency (for example, driver’s license) for each adult is required at time of redemption.
†Please allow two–three weeks to process pass. To be eligible for renewal, you must be a current Good Neighbor annual member or have been a member in the past 36 months.
‡A valid Good Neighbor ID must be presented to receive the discount. Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or sales promotions. Does not apply to previous purchases or to online purchases. Excludes Historic Trades® product, gift cards, sterling silver, and Ken Heiser product.
§ Must show Colonial Williamsburg Annual Pass at time of purchase to receive discount. Excludes Christmas Town.
