When should I make my reservations?

Early spa reservations are highly recommended. Please call 1-800-688-6479, (757) 220-7720, or in-house extension 7720. All prices are subject to change without notification. For groups of four or more, please contact our spa group programmer.

When should I arrive?

We suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled service. You are welcome to arrive earlier or linger afterward to enjoy our women’s or men’s spa circuit including steam rooms, signature shower, and whirlpools. You may also relax in our coed lounge.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we can do so only to the extent that it does not affect other guests.

What should I know if this is my first spa experience?

We have designed your spa experience to be relaxing, quiet, and free of distractions. In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cellular phones and pagers be turned off, and conversations modulated. The spa is a nonsmoking facility.

Your comfort is paramount. The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg provides each guest with premium-quality amenities including a robe, slippers, private locker and bath, and vanity products.

What should I wear?

Generally, dressing simply can be comfortable and convenient. If you are having a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the spa staff how you should be dressed.

You will be given a robe to change into before your treatment. What you wear during your treatment is up to you. A bathing suit is not required in our wet suites, but some guests feel more comfortable wearing one. Therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at the time.

It’s best to remove your jewelry before your treatment—or leave it at home or in your in-room safe.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or change any treatments to avoid full service charges. Groups of four or more must give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change any treatments.

Is the Spa available to children?

The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg is designed for guests 18 years and older. Children’s services are available with some restrictions.
