Shuttle buses to the Historic Area leave from the loading platform on the lower level of the Visitor Center. Shuttle buses run around the perimeter of the Historic Area, and offer return transportation to the Visitor Center.

Colonial Williamsburg’s Visitor Center serves as the official Regional Visitor Center for America’s Historic Triangle and the Jamestown 2007 commemoration. Purchase tickets for Historic Triangle venues here and enjoy free parking and shuttle service from Colonial Williamsburg to Jamestown and Yorktown.

The 500-foot pedestrian bridge connects Colonial Williamsburg's Visitor Center with a path that takes you to the Historic Area. Timeline plaques along the route help prepare our guests for their transitions to and from the 18th century.
